This sparkling treat starts with Blue Star’s signature 18-hour brioche dough - chopped and mixed with fresh rhubarb and whole pink peppercorn. Chef Stephanie finished this fabulous fritter with a sweet, sparkling glaze made with fresh, local strawberries and Sparkling Rosé from Argyle winery.
